How soon do you ship out my order?
All products are shipped same to next business day unless otherwise specified on the specific product page. It is in our best interest to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. Orders are processed normal business days Moday-Friday. If there is a chance there will be a delay we will call and e-mail you to give you a heads up.
I ordered a few products and got them in separate shipments, did I get charged for double shipping?
NO. Crux Surf Shop wants you to get your order in the fastest timeframe possible. Since some of the items are shipped from a different warehouse, you may receive multiple shipments. Rest assured you will incur only one shipping charge as stated on the checkout page when you ordered your products.
Who do you use to ship my order?
For domestic ground shipping we use UPS or FedEx. We will update your order status with the tracking number from UPS or FedEx.
When will I receive my order?
All items ship from Southern California. See transit time maps below.

What is your return policy?
Items is new sellable condition are eligible. At Crux Surf Shop we want you to shop with confidence. Rest assured if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
I bought the wrong size, what do I do now?
Contact Us to arrange an exchange for the size you need....it's that simple. Here at Crux Surf Shop we like simple.
What is the sizing/fit like from the brands you carry?
Most of the brands we carry have a regular or slim fit. We try our best to let you know in our product description. Also, most of the t shirts are 100% cotton so they will shrink.
This being said we have our hassle free/shop with confidence policy so don't stress, we can swap out sizes and make it right.
I want a refund but my item is not in new sellable condition?
Contact Us and tell us what happened....we review each situation individually. We want you 100% stoked, so we'll figure something out.
My product is defective, what should I do?
Our products and services are special and we take pride in that. Contact Us and we will send a replacement out right away.

How do your board shorts and trunks fit?
Surfing Boardshorts and Walkshorts Sizing
- Most board shorts,trunks, and walkshorts fit true to your normal waist size.
- We recommend wearing proper fitting trunks when using them for surfing, otherwise your butt crack will be exposed....CRACK KILLS!
- The length of the board short will be listed in the product description. See image below for example of boardshort length.
